This recipe is sweet, yummy and quickly devoured by the family or at any party. The Small Batch Kitchen spreads pair perfectly with Nutty Novelties nut butters, we dare you to try them yourself!
Ingredients

⅓ cup Small Batch Kitchen Cardamom Rhubarb spread*

½ cup Nutty Novelties Peanut Butter

½ cup butter (softened to room temperature)

1 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ cup flour
-
1 cup white chocolate chips**
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and peanut butter until creamy
Add eggs and vanilla, mix until well combined
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt
Slowly add the flour mixture to the peanut butter mixture, mixing as you combine
Stir in the white chocolate chips
Pour the batter into a greased 9x9 pan and spread to cover the entire pan (you can use an 8x8 pan, but it will take longer to bake)
Add the Small Batch Kitchen Cardamom Rhubarb spread on top of the batter and spread it evenly across the top
Bake for 35-40 minutes, and enjoy!
Recipe Note
* Can replace the Cardamom Rhubarb spread with any other Small Batch Kitchen spread of choice
** Can omit the white chocolate chips, or add more!
If you would like MORE yumminess, double the recipe and bake in a 9x13 pan.
